My Yoga journey started off as a way for me to get the body moving and tone up, and became so much more. I loved the change I was noticing in my body, but I also had less pain, less fatigue, less stress and my range of movement was improving with each class. But more than anything Yoga gave me the ability to completely clear the mind and dedicate some time to myself. If I'm having a stressful day I can’t WAIT to get home to my mat! It has become a sanctuary for me. After only a few months practicing I knew that this was something I wanted to pursue further. I wanted to inspire and to help others feel the way that I felt while practicing Yoga. That’s when I decided to complete my Yoga Teacher Training!
My aim in teaching is to guide my students through challenging classes that leave them feeling accomplished while also clearing the mind and bringing total relaxation to the body. I want to provide a safe and nurturing environment where people can leave their stress at the door and leave feeling light, refreshed and relaxed.
